More than 6,000 wrestlers are taking part in a tournament in Ulaanbaatar in an attempt to set a Guinness world record. Organizers originally planned for a little more than 4,000 wrestlers to take part, but 6,000 ended up registering to compete.

The Mongolian National Wrestling Union is organizing the tournament. The wrestlers include Darkhan avarga B.Bat-Erdene, Dayan avarga G.Usukhbayar, avarga O.Baljinnyam, and B.Munkhbat, as well as students, military personnel, and young people who want to participate in the unique event.
