Defense Minister L.Bold attended the opening of a new football ground at School No. 41 in the Khan-Uul district on Thursday. The school’s football team has had success in state football tournaments. The new ground meets international standards. J.Gankhuyag, the governor of Khan-Uul district, and other officials also attended the ceremony.

L.Bold said the next generation must be well educated but must also be physically fit, and he wished the school’s football team much success. On Thursday L.Bold also visited School No. 118, which was built with the financial support of the Japanese organization JAIKA.

Fifteen secondary schools in the Khan-Uul district have been equipped with IT labs and teacher-student development centers, and all secondary schools will be connected to the Internet in the near future.
