The Mongolian-Japanese Joint Venture “New Ulaanbaatar International Airport” LLC received its Airports Council International /ACI/ membership certificate on May 22. ACI is an international organization that brings together airports around the world, protects their interests and supports their development.
Stefano Baronci, Regional Director for Asia, Pacific and Middle East, ACI, Noda Tetsuo, CEO of “New Ulaanbaatar International Airport” LLC, and other officials participated in the certificate presentation ceremony.
“New Ulaanbaatar International Airport” LLC became a member of the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region of ACI in February 2025. As of today, 2,181 airports in 170 countries are operating as members of ACI.
“New Ulaanbaatar International Airport” LLC is focused on providing a safe and comfortable airport environment. Noda Tetsuo, CEO of “New Ulaanbaatar International Airport” LLC, mentioned that ACI will play a major role in achieving this goal.
