“The MongolZ” reaches top 5 in Valve rankings after winning “Thunderpick world championship” on November 3rd. They are currently ranked number 9 in HLTV world ranking by upgrading 2 rank. Thus, they became the first Asian team who reaches the highest rank in HLTV’s history. No Asian team has previously ranked 9th or even in the top 10 of the HLTV rankings.

There are no Asian team who can come close to them. Even if the HLTV scores of other Asian teams are combined, they will not match “The MongolZ”.

In the updated rankings, just like “The MongolZ”, “Astralis” ranked up and started to occupy the 10th place in the world rankings. But Brazilian “FURIA” and Russian “Virtus.pro” ranked down and has left the top 10 of the world rankings.

There are no change in first 8 place of HLTV rankings. Ukrainian “Natus Vincere” is leading the rankings and followed by German “G2”, French “Vitality”, Russian “Spirit”, German “MOUZ”.

As for other Mongolian teams, the “ATOX” team fell 33 places and was ranked 76th. Their latest success and team composition influenced this bad ranking. The “IHC Esports” team rose five places to 99th, and “The Huns” rose 22 places to 147th.
