Mongolia places 29th in the ranking of Paralympic medals

The 2024 Summer Paralympics is being held in Paris, France, from 28 August to 8 September 2024. Mongolian team places 29th in the ranking of Paralympic medals with one gold and two silver medals.

As of today /2024.09.02/ China is leading medal table with 33 gold, 27 silver and 11 bronze medals, followed by Great Britain, United States, Brazil, France, Australia, Netherlands, Italy, Uzbekistan, and Switzerland.

U.Surenjav won the gold medal in taekwondo at the Paris Paralympics while G.Bolor-Erdene won the silver medal in same sport. In athletics, Ts.Battulga won the silver medal. In the coming days, Mongolian women’s archery, men’s T53 100-meter race, judo, powerlifting and swimming athletes will compete.
