Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck will visit Mongolia from July 10-15.

Mongolia signed a friendship and cooperation agreement with the Kingdom of Bhutan on January 18, 2012. In 2023, D.Ganbold was appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Bhutan. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the Kingdom of Bhutan D.Ganbold paid a courtesy call on Speaker of the National Assembly of Bhutan Tshogpon Lungten Dorji on June 11, 2024.

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bhutan to Mongolia, Vetsop Namjil expressed his willingness to work actively to expand cooperation in the fields of politics, agriculture, culture, education, and health between the two countries. Within the frame of cooperation, Bhutan’s King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck will visit Mongolia.
