Taking a photo of the ballot paper and sharing it to the public are illegal action. Some citizens make this mistake because of their lack of knowledge. Communications regulatory commission of Mongolia is considering it and will work to eliminate complaints and violations.

If you take a photo of the ballot paper, you will be fined 10 million MNT.

According to the law,

• If the voter takes a ballot from the polling station, takes a photo, records a video, or broadcasts it live
• If the voter marks on the ballot paper with an inappropriate pen, money or goods are demanded or demanded to vote for or not to vote for any candidate, he or she will be fined 10 million MNT.

According to the Constitution of Mongolia, 78 members of the 126 members of the Parliament are elected by the majority method and 48 members are elected by the proportional method.
