The intellectual value of Mongolian young scientists continues to increase.

8th national conference of Mongolian young scientists is taking place under the theme “Open science – Youth participation”. The proposals and recommendations discussed at the previous conference have been implemented and are still becoming a reality. It is including the proposals and recommendations, such as conceptual renewal of science in Mongolia, development and financing of human resourse, legalizing the cooperation between state and private sector.

Moreover, The “Khureltogoot” academic conference, which can be called the Junior Science Olympiad for young scientists, was successfully organized for the 19th time. The number of participants have increased year by year and in the last 2 years, more than 500 researchers’ works were received. Among them more than 100 presentations were discussed and grants were awarded to 28 studies. The amount of the conference grant was changed from 4 million MNT to 10 million MNT in 2022. And the 10 million MNT grant for young post-doctoral researchers has been increased to 20 million MNT from this year.
