Today, the first discussion of the draft law on amendments to the Law on Investment is being held at the general session of the Parliament. The draft law was submitted by parliament members, such as Ts.Tserenpuntsag.
The draft law provides for the removal of some provisions from the Law on Investment, such as owning the land on the basis of a contract for up to 60 years and extend this period up to 40 years once under the original terms of the contract.
The draft law was transferred to the Standing Committee on Economy of the Parliament to be prepared for the final discussion.
