The area around Selbe River has been landscaped for people to relax and spend their free time wisely. But due to the snowmelt flood, Selbe river is flooding. In order to protect the families around the Selbe River from floods, river ice was moved last February. A total of six excavators, 21 howos, one bobcat, one porter, and one kovsh were operated, and 16,480 tons of ice were transported and unloaded in the Tuul river basin in 824 races.
