“Google” company and the The Ministry of Digital Development and Communications have started a program to train 1,000 experts. The first enrollment consists of 350 people including all ages. They will study with 100 percent scholarship and become the owners of the “Google Career Certificate” which is recognized internationally by the IT giant.

Scholarship recipients will study online in english for 3 months in “Coursera” platform and will study soft skills in mongolian at class. The “Grow with Google Mongolia” scholarship program provides knowledge capital equivalent to 3 million MNT per person.

Program includes 3 months of e-learning, 40 hours of classroom instruction and internship, and 30 hours of on-the-job training. Enterprises can partner with the program to recruit new staff with e-skills and english language skills, and develop their employees.
