Mongolian National Audit Office is auditing the 2023 financial report of “Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC and report hasn’t finalized yet. If the report finalize within this week, from April 1, 1072 stock dividends will be paid to people.

The Board of Directors of “Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC held a meeting on February 16 and decided to distribute a dividend of 266 MNT per share from the net profit of 2023. This means that a citizen of Mongolia who owns 1072 shares will receive a dividend of 285 thousand MNT. It will be 256 thousand MNT after tax deduction.

The government established a special regime for “Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC , and the operation of the company improved significantly due to the optimal organization of mining, sales and transportation. According to the preliminary performance of 2023, the net profit was about 3.2 trillion MNT, which increased the amount of dividends.

“Erdenes Tavantolgoi” JSC distributed 104 thousand MNT as a dividend of 2022. A total of about 351 billion MNT was given as dividends to 3.4 million citizens of Mongolia.
