Tamagaki, 59, who fought under the name Tomonohana, reached the rank of komusubi. He started his professional sumo career at the age of 27.
Sumo association has accused Hakuho M.Davaajargal for not being able to rule the stable and put another person in charge of his stable, saying that he could see how other oyakata run their stables.
