Hakuho M.Davaajargal, who was demoted two ranks and was deprived of 20 percent of his salary for three months due to his failure to guide and prepare younger wrestler, removed from his role as the chief of his stable. According to the news from Sumo association, Tamagaki to cover for penalized Hakuho at Miyagino stable and to prepare younger wrestlers.

Tamagaki, 59, who fought under the name Tomonohana, reached the rank of komusubi. He started his professional sumo career at the age of 27.
