Mongolian government meets every Wednesday, but not today. Due to the local assignment of government officials, meeting has postponed.

According to the decision of State Emergency Commission, 6 groups led by government members are heading to the provinces with harsh winter and spring. 6 groups will provide fodder, fuel and food assistance to the provinces and will open closed roads.

Oyun-Erdene Luvsannamsrai, Prime Minister of Mongolia is heading to Arkhangai province today.

Nearly 80 percent of the Mongolian territory has been covered by heavy snow. Due to the fact that many provinces are experiencing harsh spring, Mongolian government announced emergency level last week. Furthermore, trucks loaded with livestock feed and hay for those provinces are on the way.
