Mongolian Financial Regulatory Commission has informed that totally 35 joint stock companies will distribute 480.24 billion MNT dividends to their shareholders this year.

According to Clause 46.5 of the Company Law, Board of Directors of joint stock company has to decide whether to distribute dividends within 50 days of the end of the financial year and inform their decision to Financial Regulatory Commission. That period prescribed by law had finished February 20, 2024. So among 61 joint stock companies, 35 has decided to distribute dividends.

Incidentally, joint stock companies had distributed 112.1 billion MNT dividends in 2019, 132.7 billion in 2020, 110.5 billion in 2021, 150.8 billion in 2022, 303.07 in 2023.

Financial Regulatory Commission is constantly monitoring the dividend distribution process.
