A draft Development Plan for 2024 was presented to the representative of the Civil Council for approval. It is planned to implement 143 results and 418 activities under the plan.

In addition, proposals submitted by 82 organizations and departments of the local administration of the capital are ranked in the draft plan according to their contribution to society and the economy, importance, priority needs, prerequisites, preparedness and financial resources.

First Deputy Governor Z.Sandagsuren  emphasized that this plan meets the requirements of being results-oriented, measurable, achievable and time-bound.

Province and the capital’s departments responsible for development issues draw up an annual development plan by September 1 based on the draft annual development plan of the state.
