Mongolia organised an annual international horseback archery tournament near the country’s capital city of Ulaanbaatar on the weekend.
The two-day sporting event called “Khiimori” aimed to boost the development of special interest tourism.
More than 30 horseback archers from over 10 countries and regions, including Mongolia, South Korea and Russia, competed in the fifth edition of the tournament, it said.
Several other activities such as horseback archery show, equestrian circus performances as well as folk music and dance concert were also held during the event.
