In March 2022, Mongolia scrapped all its COVID-19 entry restrictions. Both vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers can enter Mongolia without needing to present any COVID-19 documents.
Currently, the COVID-19 situation in Mongolia is relatively safe. Nevertheless, the Ministry of Health is still asking people to take basic preventative measures such as wearing masks in public, maintaining a social distance and sanitizing hands regularly.
