Since the country of three million confirmed fist local transmission on November 2020, a total of 655 Mongolians have lost their lives to Covid-19.

Today (8 July), Mongolia confirmed 1510 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total tally to 131962. Unfortunately, nine people have died of Covid-19 within the last 24 hours.

Separately, 1541 people were discharged from hospitals and resorts after fully recovering from Covid-19; this brings total recoveries to 93840.

Currently, 12888 people with coronavirus are under treatment in hospitals; 211 of them are in a critical condition.
