The Mongolian Government has decided to reward each citizen who gets two doses of Covid-19 vaccines. Therefore, as of yesterday (6 May), people who receive two jabs have begun receiving one-time bonuses of MNT 50,000. So far, more than half million people have already received the cash distributed by Ministry of Finance in cooperation with the Ministry of Health.

According to officials, 54.6 percent of 2.1 million Mongolians aged above 18 have received the first doses of the Covid-19 vaccines; 25.8 percent have had their second jabs.
