In the last 24 hours, Mongolia has confirmed 714 new cases of coronavirus; 84 of them were in 18 of the 21 provinces and 630 in capital city of Ulaanbaatar. At the same time, 382 people have been discharged from the National Centre for Communicative Diseases, bringing the total recoveries to 8522.

Unfortunately, another death from the virus has been reported in the country of three million.

So far, Mongolia’s total number of COVID-19 cases has reached 13494 and the death toll – 23.

Mongolia confirmed its first imported case of COVID-19 in March, 2020 and its first local transmission case in November, 2020.
