Today (16 February), Mongolia reported 33 new cases of coronavirus, nine of whom were identified during the ongoing mass testing programme. This initiative was launched on 11 February among households in Ulaanbaatar; currently, the capital is under strict quarantine measures. So far, Mongolia has 2416 confirmed cases of coronavirus; 72.8 percent of them – or 1760 people – have recovered.
