Today (6 January), Mongolia confirmed 41 new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number to 1349. Five medical workers from the National Centre for Communicative Diseases and people who have had direct contact with the recent epicenters in Ulaanbaatar. On Monday (4 January), a 76-year-old year man with coronavirus died at the NCCD; the man was suffering from chronic diseases including heart failure. He becomes the second person to  die of coronavirus in Mongolia.

So far, 887 people with Covid-19 have recovered.
