President Ts.Elbegdorj has replied to a note from Prime Minister S.Batbold about the reorganization of military units.

Elbegdorj has written that under the law the Government must discuss the establishment and dismissal of military units with the Commander General of the Armed Forces. But the Government established a new unit without such a discussion, so the decision should be rescinded.
