On 9 December 2020, the Mongolian government publicly announced upcoming flights to three destinations including Frankfurt, Seoul and Tokyo.  MIAT Mongolian Airlines is accepting reservation requests for these flights and prioritizing passengers whose November itineraries were cancelled.  As of now, the Tokyo flight has been fully booked with previously confirmed passengers.

Currently, the Embassy is aware of the following flights to destinations with connections to the United States.  These dates are subject to change and there is a possibility that the fights may not operate at all.

Since future flights are not confirmed or guaranteed to operate you are strongly encouraged to depart on one of these flights if you wish to leave Mongolia.
