On 7 December, Mongolia recorded 38 new cases of coronavirus after conducting 23,341 PCR tests.

The location of these new local infections is as follows: 32 have been detected in Ulaanbaatar, two in Selenge, three in Dornogobi and one in Orkhon province respectively.

To date, the total number of coronavirus cases in Mongolia has reached 887; currently, 494 people are hospitalised. So far, no  deaths have been reported.
