The Mongolian Cabinet has decided to decrease the level of the emergency situation in four provinces, as it considers that the spread of the virus has been put under control. However, the Mongolian capital city of Ulaanbaatar and two provinces; namely Selenge and Arkhangai are to remain under public emergency readiness until 06:00 a.m. on 11 December. Selenge Province, bordering Russia has the highest number of Covid-19 cases reported; whilst Arkhangai has become a new epicenter of infection.
