The Ulaanbaatar Metropolitan Professional Inspection Department has conducted inspections on 622 food items and detected 525 violations. The officials identified 67.5 percent of total violations on the spot. The expiry date of 672 thousand products worth of MNT 672 thousand was confirmed – thesehave been burnt after being seized from supermarkets by the inspectors.
