Mongolia brings back three coffins back from South Korea

Today (28 July), a MIAT, Mongolian Airlinescharter flight from Seoul repatriated 262) Mongolian nationals; the plane also carriedthree coffins containing people who had died inSouth Korea.

The list of passengers included 25 pregnant women, 36 elderly people and those accompanying them, 41 families with children, 50 people in poor health, and 110 people with serious reasons to return. On this occasion none of the pregnant women gave birth mid-flight, as happened on a recent repatriation charter from Istanbul, when twins were delivered.

According to the decision by the State Emergency Committee, all citizens have to follow a strict 21-day quarantine. This requires being isolated at the National Centre for Communicable Diseases, the Central Military Hospital, and the Amar or World Mongolia hotels.
