The National Emergency Commission of Mongolia announced that quarantine restrictions in place in the country will be extended until 16 July, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. However, Mongolia’s borders with Russia and China will remain closed in July. The country of three million closed its borders in mid-February.
Nevertheless, all businesses are to be resumed step by step in the coming days. However, cultural and sporting events, demonstrations and gatherings are still banned and PC gaming centres and disco bars will remain closed.
