Two Mongolian nationals repatriated from Kazakhstan have been diagnosed having coronavirus infection after repeated tests. A 26-years-old man and a 31-years-old woman are now undergoing treatment at the National Centre for Communicative Diseases. The pair were among the 181 Mongolians evacuated from the Kazakh capital of Nur-Sultan on 10 June.
Separately, five students aged 19-24 were discharged from the NCCD after having fully recovered from coronavirus.
So far, Mongolia has 215 confirmed cases of coronavirus; 157 of whom have recovered. In other words, Mongolia’s recovery rate has reached 73 percent.
