Earlier today (22 June), Mongolia reported seven new cases of COVID-19; three of them are children aged 6-12. According to health officials, four passengers from Nur-Sultan, two from Seoul and a truck driver who arrived in Mongolia through the Altanbulag border crossing have tested positive. They are six men and a woman, aged 29-63.
Separately, seven people (two pregnant women and three students) were discharged from the National Centre for Communicative Diseases in Ulaanbaatar, bringing total number of recoveries to 153.
So far, Mongolia has 213 confirmed cases of coronavirus; 60 of them are under treatment at the NCCD.
