Today (17 June), two Mongolian students; a 15-years-old and a cadet who had been studying in Russia were discharged from the National Centre for Communicative Diseases after having fully recovered from coronavirus.

The Health Ministry figures show that, so far, 111 people have recovered from the coronavirus in in the country, indicating a recovery rate of 56.3 percent.

Mongolia reported 197 confirmed cases of coronavirus; all of them imported. In other words, there has not been any local transmission in the country of three million.

Currently, a total of 1891 suspected people who were recently repatriated from foreign countries have been quarantined in 31 isolation centers for observation of symptoms.
