Earlier today (16 June), a 19-year-old Mongolian cadet was discharged from the National Centre for Communicative Diseases after having fully recovered from COVID-19. He has been receiving treatment for the infection for 32 days.

As of today, Mongolia has confirmed 197 cases of coronavirus; 109 of whom have recovered. All the confirmed cases in Mongolia have been imported ones, mostly from Russia. No local transmissions or deaths have been reported.
