Managing officials and tenants of a building at the National Information Technology Park (NITP) say it is being turned into an Urguu cinema. They say there have been rumors of the change for about a year, and that some tenants have been told they must vacate the building.

Since the NITP is a government project, it is assumed that the building is owned by the state. Yet it is unclear who has decided to install the cinema in the building. Three columns of the building have already been removed to begin the construction of the cinema, and an advertisement for the Urguu cinema and a construction plan are posted there.
