In order to join the emergency repatriation flight from India to Mongolia, three Mongolian nationals who had been stranded in Kathmandu were flown to New Delhi. A Buddha Air plane departed for Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi yesterday with the three on board.
The ATR 42-320 aircraft ‘9N-AIT’ flight took off the Tribhuvan International Airport at around 11:30 AM. yesterday morning. The crew for the flight included two pilots, one flight operation officer, one technical engineer and two cabin crew.
Prior to this, the airline had already conducted four chartered flights to Dhaka during the lockdown period.
