The Mongolian Soldiers’ Association has donated 20,000 face masks to a public organisation of the war veterans of the Russian Federation. The donation was presented by Advisor to the Prime Minister, Secretary-General of the Mongolian Soldiers’ Association Ts.Togoo to the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Mongolia Iskander Azizov.

As he presented the donation, Advisor Ts.Togoo noted the great history of the two countries, and highlighted that the donation is being presented on the day before the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

In return, Ambassador Azizov said, “I am grateful for Prime Minister of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh’s attention to the neighboring country of Russia during this difficult time, and the heartfelt donation to the organisation. We will happily deliver the donation to its recipients soon.”

The Mongolian Soldiers’ Association established a partnership agreement with the organisation in Moscow on December 5, 2019. The two organisations partner in cooperating with the government, civil society organisations, and the public in developing patriotism and national pride, passing on the two countries’ history and specifically, military history to the next generations, protecting historic monuments relating to the home country and patriots, providing social protection guarantee, and protecting the legitimate interests of veterans.
