Mongolia has launched a phone application entitled ‘Emergency 119’ for its nationals stuck in foreign countries for delivering advice and information about the coronavirus pandemic. The application was developed by ‘CallPro’, a Mongolian communication company, in the framework of their social responsibility actions. Currently, the Ministry of Health and the Communications and Information Technology Authority are jointly operating the 119 hot-line.
As the application has been developed with high-grade security, Mongolian citizens that are currently working and living in foreign countries are also now able to get medical advice from doctors over the phone.
