Mongolia will hold its next parliamentary election on 24 June. Under the Electoral Law, the deadline for confirmation of participation will expire on Saturday 25 April.

On 22 April, five new parties confirmed their participation in the parliament election. There are: the Patriots’ United Party, the Freedom Implementation Party, the Great Union Party, (Zon olon), the Public Party,  and the World Mongolians Party.

As of today, over 20 parties have registered with the General Election Commission to participate in the election.
