The largest park in Ulaanbaatar is currently under development in the capital’s Songinokhairkhan District. Covering 4 hectares area, the park is expected to open this summer. The creation of this large green space was initiated by B.Otgonsukh, a member of Citizens’ Representative Council of Ulaanbaatar city. He noted that the park administration is willing to cooperate with anyone interested in planting trees or forestation.

Songinokhairkhan is one of the most populous and poorest districts of the Mongolian capital.
