Earlier today (14 April), the National Emergency Commission of Mongolia decided to extend the national school quarantine until 1 September as the number of Covid-19 cases doubled to 30. Therefore, the 2020-2021 academic year will start from 20 September; the enrolling admission for kindergartens and schools will start from the second half of August. The online and television lessons will continue until 1 June.

The General Entrance Exam will be held 2-5 July and admission of Universities in 8-9 July. This year, the Mongolian language tests will be suspended at the GEE. At the end of their 12th year, students are required to take the General Entrance Exam if they wish to enter  university.
