Mongolian medical workers working on the frontline against coronavirus have been awarded one-time bonuses. According to a source, 200 employees from the National Centre for Communicative Disease have received bonuses of MNT 500 thousand-MNT 1 million. The money was distributed from donation funds at the National Emergency Commission.
Mongolians have donated cash and supplies to support their government’s efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
The country of three million has reported 16 cases of coronavirus infection; four of them were fully recovered.
