Positive advice for Mongolians in isolation

The National Emergency Commission decided on 27 March to extend the quarantine period of people suspected with COVID-19 to 21 days from 14 days. Currently, 2368 people have been isolated in Mongolia; 43 of them are pregnant women and 56 of them are children under age 5.  Therefore, the Ministry of Health has released advice for people who are under long quarantines;

-Use isolation for self-development

-To attend online language lessons and other courses

-Do not believe information from unofficial sources

-Reading books of jokes or adventure novels

-To follow hobbies such as sewing and painting

-To exercise for up to 30 minutes daily

-To connect with people online or participate in online discussions

-Do yoga, meditation and pray. Devout Buddhists are also advised to make 108 prostrations.

-To listen to music and to dance

-To learn proverbs

-To do face massage or do make-up training

-To sleep enough and to support your immune system

-To write a diary
