On March 8^th, 2020, the Company informed the State Emergency Commission andthe relevant organizations about a suspicious case of COVID-19 related to one of its employees.

This employee, a foreign permanent resident of Mongolia and French citizen aged 57 years old, arrived to Mongolia by air on March 2^nd, 2020 after having travelled to France. Same as all other passengers on the flight, he was checked up upon his arrival by the teams in charge of medical and other control at the Chinggis KhaanInternational Airport and was allowed entry to the Mongolian territory since he presented no particular sign of sickness.

The employee has not shown any specific health issues during his first five days in Mongolia. On the first observation of signs of physical weakness, the employee was immediately put in isolation following the company internal regulations and procedures regarding Coronavirus prevention. Right after that, the company took the initiative to promptly inform the relevant organizations.

The Emergency Commission of Dornogobi Aimag dispatched a dedicated team to the field site where the employee was located and undertook the medical examination and collection of the samples necessary for the COVID-19 test analysis. The preliminary results of the analysis are known as of March 10, 2020 and show that the suspicious case is actually subject to a COVID-19 infection. A second analysis is taken to confirm this first result.

As of today, to our best knowledge, no chain of transmission has been identified so far and all the employees of the company who have been in direct and indirect contact with him are properly isolated.
