A Mongolian man who has been illegally living in Inner Mongolia, was returned by the Chinese authorities on Thursday (5 March). He had been living in Ulaankhuag, a city in Inner Mongolia.

Mongolian custom officers at Zamyn-Uud city and officials from the Metropolitan Professional Inspection Department worked on high alert in receiving the man from China where coronavirus has infected over 80,000 people and globally an additional 10,000.

The man has been isolated at Zamyn-Uud’s Central Hospital for the observation of possible coronavirus symptoms.
