‘Gucci’ handbag future for Mongolian livestock?

Mongolian President Kh.Battulga met with Marco Bizzarri, President and CEO of ‘Gucci’, an Italian luxury brand of fashion and leather goods during the World Economic Forum. The event is being held at the Swiss resort of Davos.

President Kh.Battulga introduced him a project for a skin and leather processing plant in Darkhan, a city in the north of Mongolia and discussed possibilities to use processed domestic hides to manufacture leather goods of ‘Gucci’ brand.

Accepting the proposal made by the President of Mongolia, Mr. Marco Bizzarri voiced to get acquaint his company with the Darkhan processing plant and launch research works, sending a team of specialists to Mongolia.
