Mongolia and the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh consider they can work in concert across numerous sectors; especially cultural exchange, tourism and education, Chief Minister Kamal Nath stated on Tuesday.

“India and Mongolia share a rather cordial relationship. Recently, I had the opportunity to interact in person with that country’s President in Davos. Mongolia boasts remarkable landscapes and that translates into immense touristry potential. The country is known for simplicity and amiability of its people,” he was officially quoted as stating at Mantralaya during a dialogue with a delegation from Mongolia.

The region could facilitate a people-to-people engagement programme, the Chief Minister observed.

Madhya Pradesh is also very famous for its tourist destinations, in particular its majestic fortresses.
