Mongolian President Kh.Battulga has issued a decree to promote the heads of three military institutions. Colonel D.Gerel, Director of the General Intelligence Agency, Colonel S.Baatarjav, Commissioner General of the National Police Agency, and Colonel M.Enkh-Amar, Secretary of the State Emergency Commission have been awarded with the rank of Brigadier General.

The ceremony took place on 29 December on the occasion of the 108th anniversary of the Restoration of National Freedom and Independence. President Battulga presented the certificates of the rank of general to the three recipients in person.
