Teacher Ts.Ayush from ‘Eco’ 3^rd School of Mandal Soum in Selenge Province has been awarded Mongolia’s Best Teacher and will received a cash prize of MNT 100 million. She won first place in the ‘I am a Teacher’ TV show, organized by Education TV in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Sports. Over 30,000 teachers from secondary schools in Ulaanbaatar and the 21 provinces of Mongolia competed in the show.

Ts.Ayush was born in Mandal Soum of Selenge Province. She graduated from the Mongolian State University of Education and the National University of Mongolia. She currently works as class teacher for 3^rd grade pupils at ‘Eco’ 3rd School of Mandal Soum. Her class has 39 children. ‘Eco’ 3rd School was originally planned for 540 schoolchildren; however, at present, it has over 1500 pupils.
