Mongolian Cabinet has issued a resolution №419 to distribute special vehicles from official reserves for emergency needs to some provinces and soums where harsh winter conditions have occurred.

Earlier today, (19 December), the National Emergency Management Agency of Mongolia has distributed Russian-built vans from the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant (UAZ) to NEMA departments in Uvurkhangai, Bulgan, Dundgobi and Khuvsgul Provinces as well as to the police departments, in the Ulziit and Yusunzuil Soums of Uvurkhangai Province, the Saikhan soum and the Food and Agriculture Agency.
